Preferred Customer: what it is, what it costs
A Preferred Customer account with Forever is free, takes about five minutes, and takes 15% off retail prices. There is no fee, no subscription and no obligation to sell anything. This page explains how it works in Australia and New Zealand, including the conditions that catch people out.
What it actually is
Forever sells the same products at two prices. Retail is what you pay if you simply place an order. Preferred Customer is a free account that applies a standing discount to those same products.
It is not a subscription. There is no monthly minimum, no auto-ship, and no commitment. You can order once a year, or never again, and nothing happens.
What you get
- 15% off retail prices
- Applies in Australia and New Zealand
- Minimum spend of $100 per order for the discount to apply
- Open to new and existing Preferred Customers
The discount increased from 5% to 15% in October 2026.
The October offer
Until 31 October 2026, an order of $150 or more also includes a free bottle of Aloe Vera Gel.
The 15% continues after October. The free bottle does not.
The maths, honestly

Worth knowing: if your order lands at $90, adding one more item usually costs you less than the discount saves you.
What it isn't
A Preferred Customer account is not the business side. You are not signing up to sell anything, recruit anyone, hold stock, or attend anything.

How to register
- Open the registration link below. It goes to Forever's Australian site.
- A popup appears confirming you came through me. Say yes to it, that is what connects your account to mine, and it is what makes the discount apply.
- Choose Preferred Customer.
- Fill in the form. It is not elegant, but it is short.
